As a lifelong teacher and student, I love learning. Yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda are my passions - tools I discovered to create well-being and a life that flows. My own healing journey fuels my desire to help you find yours. The more I learn, the more I have to offer. And I have so many tools to offer YOU!

 

Life's a rich tapestry. From daughter and sister to wife, mother and teacher, every role has woven wisdom into my being. Parenting taught me patience and resilience, while my career ignited a passion for helping others grow. This journey of service fuels my desire to empower you on yours.

Join my yoga class for everyone! Learn mindfulness and focus on feeling centered, strong, and flexible. We'll practice together online each week. I will  also help you start or improve your daily meditation practice, so it works for you. I'll support your having a consistent mind-body-spirit practice that calms your nervous system, nurtures your soul and strengthens you on every level.

Ever wonder how to be your healthiest self? Ayurveda has so many answers for you. The sister science to yoga, it is an ancient health system roughly translated as “the science of longevity” or “the sacred knowledge of life”.  Ayuveda focuses on how you feel physically, mentally, and emotionally and what you need now to create a plan for your best life. We'll look at your daily habits and food choices as well as your overall lifestyle to find what works best for you.
