Come experience JOY in midcoast Maine. 

Renewing and refreshing yoga, mindful meditation, sound healing,  journaling, time in nature, delicious farm to table meals, and exploration on and off the property.

Be surrounded by the ocean, beach, forest, gardens and wildlife. Soak in the colors, smells, sounds and tastes of the farm and sea in stunning mid-coast Maine.

Through in-person mini-retreats, we'll explore simple Ayurvedic rituals, nourishing daily/seasonal practices, and powerful journaling techniques. You'll learn to set intentions and take action, while feeling renewed and vibrant.

Plus, you have the option to add a week-long digestive health reset after the retreat.
